Harley Benton Fusion-T HH is an affordable electric guitar designed for the most demanding guitarists out there. This model exceeds all the expectations, so it’s not surprising that it’s extremely popular all around the world!

The guitar is available in a few different versions:

Of course, as you can imagine – the regular version is the cheapest one, while the EMG Roasted model is the most expensive one. But the truth is that no matter which one you decide to choose, you won’t be disappointed.

All of these guitars offer an absolutely amazing look and a really powerful and versatile tone. It’s actually surprising that they’re so affordable, because they look sound and feel like guitars from a much higher shelf.

Personally, I’m a huge fan of the Fusion-T HH models with the roasted maple neck. They look and feel awesome!

Who Is It For?

Harley Benton Fusion T-HH is suitable for guitarists of all levels. It doesn’t really matter whether you’re an intermediate musician or not – you will definitely notice and appreciate the high quality of that guitar.

The Fusion-T HH model can be efficiently used by working musicians for live performances and studio sessions. But at the same time, it works perfectly as a first electric guitar.

What’s important, the Roswell humbuckers used in that axe offer a lot of versatility when it comes to tone. Whether you’re into rock, grunge, metal, punk or blues, you’ll definitely be able to find the tone that you like.

It is also worth mentioning that this guitar looks, feels and sounds like a much more expensive guitar. Since it’s pretty cheap, it’s recommended for guitarists who don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on new gear.

Overall, I’m positive that the vast majority of guitar players will really enjoy playing on that electric guitar. There’s just not too much to complain about, especially at this price level.

Here’s an another demo.

Pros & Cons

Just like all the other electric guitars available at this price level, Harley Benton Fusion-T HH has its own pros and cons. That’s totally normal! Still, it seems pretty clear that this axe has far more pros rather than cons.

Pros

  • Sounds Awesome
  • Looks Amazing
  • Roasted Maple Neck Feels Great
  • Locking Tuners
  • High Versatility

Cons

  • No Gig Bag Included

As you can see, there are a lot of things that can be considered as major advantages of that axe. It certainly looks and feels like an instrument that could be worth two or three times more money. On top of that, it’s very versatile and it sounds awesome too. How can you even argue with that?

On the other hand, Harley Benton Fusion-T HH usually comes without a gig bag. This is not a big problem, but an included case would save you a lot of time. Sometimes finding a high quality case isn’t that easy, especially if you’re a beginner.

But apart from that, there’s just not too much to complain about. These guitars usually feature a really good setup, so it’s unlikely that you’ll experience any factory flaws. In my opinion, the advantages of that model outweigh its disadvantages. That’s for sure!

Any Alternatives?

If you don’t like the sound of any of the Fusion T HH models or you simply have a feeling that they won’t be a good fit for you, that’s not a problem! There’s still quite a lot of other fantastic guitars that also deserve a lot of attention.

Of course, choosing a brand new electric guitar will depend on your own personal preferences and most importantly, on the size of your budget. Still, here’s a few other guitars that you may also like.

Alternative Option #1 – Squier Contemporary Tele

Firstly, I highly encourage you to check out the Squier Contemporary Telecaster. This guitar is really similar to the Fusion-T HH models and it looks almost the same. However, it sounds and feels a bit differently.

The pricing of that guitar is also pretty much on the same level, so it’s up to you whether you want to stick to Squier or Harley Benton. Out of my experience, Squiers usually have more problems with the initial setup, but they’re definitely as good as some of the Harley Bentons.

That being said, I highly recommend checking it out!

Alternative Option #2 – Epiphone Les Paul Special VE

If you’re on a very tight budget and you’re searching for an inexpensive and good sounding electric guitar, perhaps you should also consider getting the Epiphone Les Paul Special VE. It’s a really cool guitar suitable for both amateur and more advanced players.

I had the pleasure to test it out on my own and I was particularly impressed by the feel of that guitar. The satin finish on the neck makes it really easy to play, so I’m sure that a lot of you will immediately fall in love with it.

It may not be as good and as powerful as the Fusion-T HH models by Harley Benton, but it’s definitely worth the money!
