Pros & Cons

Just like any other tube combo manufactured by Fender, the Super-Sonic 22 has its own advantages and disadvantages. Still, it seems pretty clear that this particular model has far more pros than cons!

Pros

  • Versatile Sound
  • Looks Fantastic
  • Built-in Spring Reverb
  • 2 Separate Channels
  • Classic Fender Tone
  • Very Punchy and Loud

Cons

  • High Price

As you can see, it’s really easy to find a lot of great advantages of that tube combo. This amp sounds and looks amazing and on top of that, it’s extremely versatile. It is also surprisingly loud, so if you think that 22 Watts is not enough for you, trust me – it gets louder than some of the 30 or 40 watt amps out there.

The biggest disadvantage of Fender Super-Sonic 22 is the high price. Undoubtedly, this is one of the biggest obstacles that may stop you from adding it to your own collection. I’m sure that for some guitarists it will be quite difficult to get it straight away without saving up on it for several months.

However, despite of the high price, this combo is flawless in every aspect. It’s definitely worth the money, so if you have the budget for it – I highly recommend checking it out!
