1. Slipknot – Before I Forget
Before I Forget is one of the biggest hits released by Slipknot. It may seem like a really complex song, but the truth is that it’s not that bad. I really like the intro of that tune – it’s one of these tracks that sound awesome while being relatively easy.
2. Slipknot – Duality
Duality is an another excellent track that you can practice on your own electric guitar. In my opinion, it’s even easier than the song number one on today’s list! Surely, even less advanced players can try to learn it.
I highly recommend checking out the guitar lesson shared above – the teacher Marty really knows what he’s talking about.
3. Slipknot – Snuff
Snuff is one of the easiest Slipknot songs that you can play on your acoustic guitar. It’s mainly based around a few simple chords that any guitar player should know! The strumming pattern is not too difficult either.
I’d like to point out that this is one of my favorite Slipknot tunes of all time! And what I like about it is the fact that you can easily practice it even without the capo. This is a really good thing, especially if you’re a beginner and you don’t have all the accessories yet.
4. Slipknot – Psychosocial
Psychosocial is an another really cool metal track, however it’s not the easiest one on today’s list. It may cause you a little bit of trouble, but if you’re up for a challenge, you should definitely check it out.
5. Slipknot – The Devil In I
Just like the previous track, The Devil In I isn’t the easiest one on today’s list, but it’s still worth checking out. Most importantly, it features a classic metal riff based on alternate picking. This is a really good thing to practice, especially if you’re into that kind of music!
6. Slipknot – Wait and Bleed
Wait and Bleed is an another excellent metal track that you can practice on your own electric guitar. Just make sure to change the tuning of your guitar – it’s in Drop B! In my opinion, it’s one of the coolest and easiest songs mentioned in today’s post.
7. Slipknot – Gematria
Gematria is an another fantastic Slipknot song that you can try to learn on your own electric guitar. The in-depth lesson shared above explains everything very thoroughly, so you should definitely check it out from start to finish!
As you can see, it’s totally possible to find quite a few really good and easy Slipknot songs that you can practice on your own guitar.
Don’t get discouraged if these tunes are too difficult for you right now – just stick to your regular routine and you’ll see that it will all become much easier in a few weeks.
