In today’s post, we’re going to highlight 15 easy Lana Del Rey songs that you can play on your guitar. Undoubtedly, knowing how to perform these tunes is a dream for a lot of musicians. But don’t worry – these songs by Lana are actually really simple to play.

I prepared a list of fifteen easiest tracks that you can practice at home. Feel free to check out the list below – the chords and tabs are included on the right. It doesn’t matter whether you have a classical, acoustic or electric guitar – you can practice on any kind of gear.

Bear in mind that some of these tunes may require using a capo to play it in the same key as Lana, although if you don’t have it, don’t stress too much about it – you can try playing these songs even without it.

One of the easiest songs by Lana Del Rey. Why is it so easy to play? Well, the strumming pattern in this case is extremely simple. If you know the basic chords, you should be able to pick it up really quickly.

I highly recommend Video Games for all beginners. It’s super fun to play and it’s one of the most recognizable Lana’s tracks, so if you decide to play it in front of your friends, there is a high chance that they’ll sing along with you.

2. Lana Del Rey – Summertime Sadness

Another really simple track that requires a basic knowledge of chords. It may sound complicated, but it’s in fact really straightforward. Whether you want to play the lead melody or rhythm, you should be able to learn it pretty quickly.

The lesson above features the use of a capo, but you can try playing it even if you don’t have it. I’m sure that learning the Summertime Sadness will significantly improve your overall skillset!

3. Lana Del Rey – Young & Beautiful

A great track that comes from The Great Gatsby’s (2013) soundtrack. I’m sure that you all know and love that song! Whether you decide to use strumming or fingerpicking, this songs by Lana Del Rey is extremely enjoyable to play.

Again, the teacher on the lesson above uses a capo but it’s not necessary if you don’t have it. In addition, playing barre chords may be tough for the absolute beginners but I’m sure that after a little bit of practice you’ll be able to play Young & Beautiful very smoothly.

4. Lana Del Rey – Born To Die

Another really simple track that requires only the basic knowledge of chords. The song Born To Die comes from Lana’s second studio album released in January 2012. Although it’s been ten years since that release, this track still remains as one of her greatest and most iconic songs.

The strumming pattern in this song is fairly simple, so it should be perfect for beginners. Grab your guitar and check out the lesson above – it explains everything very thoroughly.

5. Lana Del Rey – West Coast

West Coast is another example of a really easy song by Lana Del Rey that sounds surprisingly good with just a guitar! If you know the basic chords such as Em, D and C, you’re good to go.

I highly recommend checking it out – it’s probably one of the easiest Lana’s songs. Again, the version above includes the use of a capo, but it’s not necessarily needed.

6. Lana Del Rey feat. Miles Kane – Dealer

It’s time for something fresh! Dealer is a new song by Lana that comes from her latest album. The song was written with a British singer-songwriter Miles Kane, a member of The Last Shadow Puppets.

To be honest, this song is not complicated at all – it consists of only two chords. I’m sure that you’ll be able to learn it in a matter of minutes! And if you haven’t heard the original yet, I highly recommend checking it out.

7. Lana Del Rey – Arcadia

Lana performs Arcadia on a piano, but you can also play it on your guitar. This is one of her newer songs that was released a few months ago. Is it difficult? Not at all! In fact, it’s actually pretty simple.

Playing barre chords may be tricky for beginners, but I highly recommend checking out the lesson above even if you don’t know these chords yet. I’m sure that if you spend some time to practice it, you’ll be able to play it smoothly from start to finish.

8. Lana Del Rey – Ride

Another really cool and easy song by Lana Del Rey to practice and play on your guitar. This track is perfect for practicing your basic knowledge of chords and strumming. Again, the use of barre chords may be tricky for amateurs but I’m sure that you’ll be able to play it after a little bit of practice.

9. Lana Del Rey – Chemtrails Over The Country Club

This song wasn’t originally designed for guitars, so for some people it may sound better on a piano. Still, it’s a really cool and interesting song to practice.

I highly recommend checking out this quick lesson of Chemtrails Over The Country Club linked above. There is a few ways to play this song but that one doesn’t involve a capo so it’ll be a great lesson for all guitarists who don’t have it yet.

10. Lana Del Rey – Ultraviolence

Similarly as in most of Lana Del Rey’s songs, this track is based on four easy chords that are repeated throughout the most of the song. It’s pretty simple to play and the strumming pattern is not difficult to learn, so I guarantee that you’ll be able to learn it in a matter of minutes.

11. Lana Del Rey – Venice Bitch

It’s time for something a little bit trickier for the beginners. This song is not based only on strumming – it involves a little bit of fingerpicking. It’s all pretty easy but if you never played songs in that way before, it may be a challenge.

12. Lana Del Rey – Love

Love by Lana Del Rey is another example of a simple song that’s really enjoyable to play. It’s not complicated at all and it sounds fantastic, so it’s an absolute must for any fan of Lana Del Rey!

13. Lana Del Rey – Cola

When it comes to acoustic versions of this song, the learning resources are pretty limited. That’s why you can try something else – you can play the whole melody of this song from start to finish.

This version may be too difficult for beginners or for players who don’t have electric guitars, but if you feel comfortable to practice it, I highly recommend checking it out. You won’t be disappointed!

14. Lana Del Rey – Blue Velvet

Not many people know that Blue Velvet is not a song written by Lana Del Rey – it’s actually by Bobby Vinton. Still, it’s a really fun, enjoyable and pretty simple song to play.

Feel free to check out the lesson above – it’s not exactly the same as Lana’s version, but it uses the same chords, so you can try to practice them anyway.

15. Lana Del Rey – White Mustang

Another really simple that mostly uses only four chords: Am, Em, G and D. If you know these four chords, you’re ready to go! It’s not complicated at all and it’s probably one of the easiest songs by Lana Del Rey.
