1. Kings Of Leon – Molly’s Chambers
Molly’s Chambers is a really good song for beginners – it only involves a few simple power chords. The strumming pattern in that tune is also really straightforward so you shouldn’t experience too many problems during your learning process. Use Somebody is one of the most popular songs by Kings Of Leon. I’m sure that you all know that it is a massive hit. But are you aware that it’s actually really easy to play? Closer is another example of a song by Kings Of Leon which is so fun and easy to play! Sex On Fire is another massive hit by Kings Of Leon. This is one of the main songs that made this band popular all around the world and what’s interesting, it’s actually really easy to play! I think that learning the main riff of this track is an absolute must for any fan of this band. It’s also a good proof that awesome riffs don’t have to be complex.
5. Kings Of Leon – Wait For Me
One of my favorite songs by Kings Of Leon. For those who don’t know, Wait For Me was a part of their Mechanical Bull (2013) album. The intro riff is really simple, so you shouldn’t experience too many problems while learning it. Bear in mind that the original version features the use of a chorus pedal, so if you don’t have it, your tone may be a bit different. Nevertheless, it’s still a really cool song to practice!
6. Kings Of Leon – Pyro
This version of Pyro is different from the original version, because it’s just a raw acoustic version. You’ll see that the whole song is based on only three chords: C#m, A and E. That’s why it’s a great option for the amateur musicians! The strumming pattern in here is also really simple, so you should be able to pick it up really quickly. I have to say that I like this version – what do you think about it?
7. Kings Of Leon – Radioactive
Time for something really cool! Radiactive is a song that comes from Kings Of Leon’s Come Around Sundown (2010) album. It’s a cool song to practice and it’s not too difficult. Moreover, you can try to play this song with Matt and Caleb. Learning with the actual band members sounds like a really interesting option, so make sure to check out the video above!
