Ibanez AS53 is one of the cheapest semi-hollow body guitars manufactured by Ibanez. It’s really affordable and it offers an absolutely amazing quality. And since I’m a proud owner of that guitar, I can totally confirm that it’s worth the money!

The AS53 features a sapele body, back and sides. Additionally, there’s also a Nyatoh neck with an easy-playing walnut fingerboard. The neck of that guitar feels absolutely amazing, so it guarantees an enjoyable and comfortable playing experience.

What’s important, the manufacturer equipped this model with a pair of Infinity R Ceramic Humbuckers which give you access to a lot of warm and creamy tones. It’s a really versatile guitar, so it can be used for a lot of different styles of music including jazz, blues, country, rock, indie and grunge.

I had the pleasure to use that model on several occasions and trust me, it’s definitely worth the money. I just absolutely love its aesthetic. The Tobacco Flat color looked awesome in real life and generally this guitar was so comfortable to play! Definitely one of my favorites.
